Help ID this 32 Ford coupe

 I bought this almost 9 years ago in a box of old Johan parts, a Johan insturction sheet from the 60's Generic three cars on it, Plus some vintage decal's  Who made this kit and when was it first Issued???

1961for the 5W coupe.

The roadster in the above post first appeared in 1959.
