cobraman Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 The first one I built ( light blue ) was done as a replica of my first car that I bought off my dad for 50 dollars . Pretty close but mine was a 4 door . This one was built as a mild custom . I had more trouble mating the resin and plastic parts with this one and try as I might could not get the front bumper on right . The AMT 60 Ford kit was the donor kit . This resin is the MCM version . The other was not . Painted with a Kia Caribbean Blue Pearl . Blue and whit interior . BMF side trim . Wheels are from Pegasus . Thanks for looking .
espo Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 Came out great, I like the paint and the color. Got to like a Ford with the tear drop hood.
PappyD340 Posted June 18, 2020 Posted June 18, 2020 Looks great Ray, love the tear drop hood and the color!
stinkybritches Posted June 19, 2020 Posted June 19, 2020 Looks really cool. I like the Pegasus wheels, I just wish they were available in a smaller diameter.
slusher Posted June 19, 2020 Posted June 19, 2020 Beautiful Fords. Ray, love the restomod look and color of the new build!
YBlock292 Posted June 19, 2020 Posted June 19, 2020 Ray, I really like to see built models of the rare 62 Ford Galaxie, since I have one in my Garage which I have been owning and driving now exactly for 20 years. A very reliable car in those two decades! Best regards Ludwig
cobraman Posted June 19, 2020 Author Posted June 19, 2020 I never had any problems with the one I had. It started as my moms car and then when she got a newer one my dad got it . I got it from my dad when later my mom got another car. 292 with auto. I drove the heck out of that car.
