Can-Con Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Glad to finally have it done. She's been suffering with it for a couple years now and the operation was postponed twice. Wife and new hip are resting comfortably. ?

stavanzer Posted June 21, 2020 Posted June 21, 2020 Glad she was able to have it done. She'll feel much better in only a few days, at least to judge from the 3 hip patients among my friends who had it done. All of them reported that they felt better quickly, and that moving was much easier. You'll both be thankful.
Mike 1017 Posted June 27, 2020 Posted June 27, 2020 Good news. My wife had it done a couple of years ago. A little bit of unsolicited advice. Do the physical therapy religiously . It makes a huge difference .

Bills72sj Posted June 28, 2020 Posted June 28, 2020 My wife had both of hers done (separately) a year or two ago. It was so nice to get her back to daily life without 24hr pain.
OldTrucker Posted June 28, 2020 Posted June 28, 2020 Just follow the doctors instructions and get good physical therapy and it will amaze her how great she feels and how much more she can do! Have had both of mine done.
High octane Posted June 28, 2020 Posted June 28, 2020 May your wife have a speedy recovery and yes the therapy is the key to replacements.
