Mopar - D Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Nice detailing Pat. I like your outside work bench too.
landman Posted July 3, 2020 Author Posted July 3, 2020 Adding a few details to the engine and working on the air brake lines.
landman Posted July 3, 2020 Author Posted July 3, 2020 Thanks guys. Relocated the font axle and squared it to the frame.
Deuces ll Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Love it!... I gotta get me one of those Lego bases.....
landman Posted July 4, 2020 Author Posted July 4, 2020 Mocking up the engine location to make sure everything clears before I paint the chassis.
landman Posted July 4, 2020 Author Posted July 4, 2020 I just realized there are no tires in this kit. I do have those from a Paystar that fit but I feel they aren't correct for this application. I saw several sets on eBay, some with outrageous shipping prices. Iam going to Sudbury next week to get my latest goof checked by the surgeon who attempted to fix it. There are a couple of hobby shops there . They may have tire sets. We'll see.
gatorincebu Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 Pat, Nice work on the dash . It looks good . Be Well Gator

Mopar - D Posted July 10, 2020 Posted July 10, 2020 Your build just keeps getting better and better as you move forward on it Pat.

landman Posted July 11, 2020 Author Posted July 11, 2020 The interior is installed. Please forgive the poor photography. I should have left one of the door windows open.
landman Posted July 11, 2020 Author Posted July 11, 2020 Am I correct in assuming that the lines from A (oil filter?) go to B (oil cooler?). Or do they go to galleries in the block?
landman Posted July 13, 2020 Author Posted July 13, 2020 I am sorry folks but she will be very plain Jane. I was hoping to use some of the kit's decals but they were too old. That orange would have looked pretty good on the brown background. I tried, honestly, I tried.

cargostar Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 The 4300’s with the bigger bore engines also had a longer hood by 6” IIRC
