My knurl holder and the knurls are Sherline. I am sure that's where  I found them.

Yes, very odd. I am almost positive they are 100 tpi, because I remember doing the math in my head, thinking, "That's 1/4" in 1/25th scale. Perfect for blower drives!" Now, all I see on their site are 80 tpi. I wonder if I can see well enough to measure the teeth?

The tool itself should have Markings saying. ____. TPI. ...

MSC shows a straight knurl wheel with 100 TPI.  But I don’t think it could be used with the sherline tool ... ?  ? ...  maybe get that with an MSC hand tool ... ?

It says Form Roll EPS 4?0. It's probably 480, meaning 80 tpi. I'm not sure where I got the idea it was 100!
