1953 Corvette drag car .

This is an AMT body mounted on the Revell Miss Deal chassis . It actually fit with very little modifications . Body was painted with De Ja Blue then decals applied and cleared . Roof was painted black and then some Marblizer was applied and cleared . Engine wired , resin headers and made a bracket and plate for the fuel tank . Not perfect by a long shot but I am fairly happy with it .

Nice, very nice - would it be allowed to run in any official drags without a roll bar?

Thanks guys. No it would need a roll bar but none are required in my display cabinet. ?  The marbelizer is an old spray can I bought packaged as Black Gold line of paint.
