On the 1:1 car with Flame Throwers you can adjust the flame with the choke if you still have one. I think it's a great touch here.

Looks great and is a great instance of a stunning paint job using rattle cans.

My only suggestion would be to think about finding a 12v battery in your stash and swapping it. Cadillac was one of the earlier adopters of 12v in 1953 and it would make sense that the car would be updated to 12v rather than backdating the starter, coil, and generator to 6v.

A great idea that I did not know about, but too late for that.  The battery is molded to the side of the engine bay.  So, I would have had to cut that out and replace early in the build

Let's just say that it is a 12v battery with a 6v battery topper on it to make it look original.  ?
