Need to make a set of windows... any ideas on this?

Clear styrene or acetate should do the job just fine.  Use paper to make a template.

In most cases too on non-post hardtops, there is chrome trim on the verticle forward end.

Go to a dollar store or clearance isle and look for a cheap product with nice clear plastic packaging that you can cut windows out of.

You can also get channeled styrene rod and that way you get the edge or  a post and then chrome it'

Typo, meant rod.... but the closest I can find is square tubing that one side would have to be cut off.
