My only suggestion would be to contact Shapeways or a similar company to see if they could print you one. Be ready to take out a second mortgage on the house.

How dedicated to 1/16 scale are you? You could get a 1/10 scale Clodbuster body cheap. Otherwise you might have more luck on an rc board since they deal in slightly bigger scales.

I thought I saw somewhere that this '67 Chevy clear body kit for radio control vehicles is 1/10th scale, but I might be wrong on that:  http://www.axialracing.com/products/ax31498  $70 for just the body and related items, though.

The was a Jada(?) R/C truck in that year range, but I think it was 1/12 or 1/10 scale. I'm sure I've long ago deleted the images, but it was blue with large diameter aftermarket wheels, so maybe an eBay search will turn up something.

I noticed a remote control '67 truck the other day at a local hobby shop that I go to. This may be an area to look at since I have seen several body styles that included muscle cars and other pick up body styles.
