Thank you Hector. I've always preferred the look of whitewalls on Rally wheels on Monte Carlos. These are actually the kit black walls that have a nicely pronounced bead which I highlighted with a Uni-ball Signo gel pen.

Nice looking Monte Carlo Tom! I really like the Tamiya Light Blue Pearl! I've seen a handful of models painted with it. I'm going to have to get a can and try it on a build.

Thanks Roger. I have this color lined up next for a '69 Riviera that's on the bench. May take some time to complete since TS-13 clear is currently unavailable everywhere I look.

A great-looking build!  As I am currently-in-the-middle of building this kit, I will refer back to your post often!  Mine is drowning in the purple pond right now; my Deep Red paint on the body was applied in too cold of conditions and looked terrible!

Thanks Mark. Overall I'm mostly satisfied but I need to improve a few key areas on my next build.
