Jonathan Posted March 22, 2021 Posted March 22, 2021 This thing gave me more fits than I expected - although I think pretty much every bit of that was my fault. Tamiya Lacquer for the black - stripped once after over aggressive polishing. Tamiya acrylics for the interior. I did fabricate some floor mats, seatbelts, and seatbelt hardware from tape and fine wire. I used embossing powder for the carpet. Scanner effect faked with the ol' Lowes laser tape measure. Even using the phone camera, you can really see the defects. I realized the T-Tops weren't properly seated only after looking at the pictures.
kruleworld Posted March 22, 2021 Posted March 22, 2021 nice KR. the old MPC kit isn't very good as far as fitment goes.

Jonathan Posted March 25, 2021 Author Posted March 25, 2021 (edited) Thank you for the kind words. I find painting black (and other dark colors, really) to be very challenging. Edited March 25, 2021 by Jonathan
