Harry P. Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 The owner of that car must have some deep pockets, 'cause he's running without any sponsor money!
MADmodelDOCTOR Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Great job, man. Nice car. The headers look awful nice. How'd you do 'em ?
KENNEDYJR Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Wow great looking gasser! All it needs is a few stickers and it would be perfect.
Biker Bob Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Great job. love the headers. was the kit a flip nose or did you make that happen?
MyBradKeselowski Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 great looking gasser like the color and the headers look really good
Olle F Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 I love it! And I have to agree with previous posts, those headers look great! I have a gasser project on the workbench right now, and this is good inspiration! The owner of that car must have some deep pockets, 'cause he's running without any sponsor money! You know, that was my first thought too. It would look even better with a sponsor name on it, for example a small, local business like "Leroy's Muffler Shop" or Bud's Auto Parts".
MicroNitro Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 It looks great, most the car at the local tracks don't have a sponsor. I raced in the late 80's and early 90's. My 23 T altered never had a sponsor or any stickers on it. I would not change it at all.
James Flowers Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Reminds me of the TWO LANE BLACKTOP movie car. Nice build.
MyBradKeselowski Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 Reminds me of the TWO LANE BLACKTOP movie car. Nice build. I agree U should do a diorama of this movie, U really could do a good 1 with your builds. PS I do like this movie.
Slim Louis Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 Nice looking vintage racer. Back then You could get by with out a sponsor, A lot of guys picked up a one race deal, track to track!
carrucha Posted December 27, 2008 Posted December 27, 2008 Cool gasser. Nice work on the engine, especially the headers. carrucha
