Jon Haigwood Posted September 3, 2021 Posted September 3, 2021 (edited) Not sure if I am missing something but why is the Cab Roof on the Foose FD100 a separate piece ? (other than to make it a bit easier for me to chop the back of it off for a panel conversion) Edited September 3, 2021 by Jon Haigwood
Claude Thibodeau Posted September 3, 2021 Posted September 3, 2021 Hi! Molding process is simplified that way, , because the roof has a contour that exceeds the upper doors/windows. CT
espo Posted September 3, 2021 Posted September 3, 2021 I think Claude"s explanation is correct. In fact if you check some of the Revell kits offered for stock bodied Chevrolet pickups they use the same method as well as the Chevrolet Suburban kit.

Tom Geiger Posted September 4, 2021 Posted September 4, 2021 A lot of kits have been done that way over the years.. just look at the Revell Trabants
