There isn't a direct stock replacement for that front suspension. You can use the front end from a Monogram GM NASCAR kit, it has fairly stock looking A arms and it would be easy to adjust the track width for the truck body. For a single piece suspension you can use the one from the Monogram 70 Chevelle or 64 GTO, or even the 70 Buick GSX. GM A arms pretty much look the same so the easiest set to get your hands on should work, especially on a modified vehicle.

could i use one of the salvenos jr gm nascar kits for the front end and  arms

If it's based on one of the old Monogram kits yes, if it's the new Salvinos designed kit parts probably not. Some of the early Salvinos GM kits have a Dodge style torsion bar suspension.

i check out icemans collections i dont find any arms or front suspension parts for 1/24 70s gm trucks

They do have a generic front suspension but not one for that specific truck. I would think that you could use an 80's 1/24 scale NASCAR kit.

Are you looking for something full custom? Or, stock looking? If stock looking, the front suspension from the 1964-1966 Chevy trucks is very close to the 70s-80s sqaure body trucks. It is comon place in the real world to put the 73-87 "K" frame with disk brakes under the oler 1960-72 trucks. It is almost a straight bolt on swap and some of the parts are the same, or look the same just beefier.

Full custom, Ebay, or any of the other kits listed will work.

Another option would be to buy an AMT '70 Camaro (newest version) and use the front clip from it. It's already a separate piece. You'll have all of the suspension pieces needed. It's 1/25 scale. But, the scale difference won't matter.
