Absolutely fantastic!! What did you use as the basis for this? Having just sold my 1:1 (pic's below), I'd love to recreate it in scale. Beautiful work, my friend!!

Love your truck, mine was burnt and sat outside for 11 years. It's lucky to ever get back on the road, it will never look that nice ,but it will live again. It's a Ertl Die-cast and has 50 Chevy bed sides.

Hi Pat, very cool looking truck! The patina  is spot on. I would also like to know the source for this kit, it’s a beauty.

Cheers, Steve

Thanks guys, Steve it a Ertl Die-cast.

Very realistic looking patina finish. I like the fender dents as well as the door and other body parts that show wear. From the duel exhaust stacks I think something a little more powerful than the flathead inline 6 is under the hood.

my thoughts. the dents and rust is awesome

Nice build.  Looks good.  Fun being able to build your pickup in scale.  Well done.

Thanks , if I could just get the real one done.

About the best weathering job I have seen! Will be using this one as a reference for my 46 Power Wagon!

Thank you.
