Rodent Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 (edited) The spouse planned an East Coast fall color trip in 2016. One of the stops was Lenox, MA. Once I found out how close we were going to be, I requested a side trip to Stockbridge and Great Barrington (Arlo owns the church where Alice and Ray Brock lived). Great fun! SCRWDRVR Posted November 24, 2021 Posted November 24, 2021 I've always loved Alice's Restaurant, so much so that I have that album on CD. It is a Thanksgiving tradition to me...
Keef Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 I just listened to this for the first time in my 50 years. My wife is from upstate New York (Hopewell Junction/Fishkill area) and she confirmed it was a thanksgiving tradition. 1
