Harry P. Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 This and my wood working are about the only thing I have to still make sure I'm a guy. HAHA.... Geez... you'd think your wife would let you know that once in a while...
Grumpy Posted January 7, 2009 Author Posted January 7, 2009 Geez... you'd think your wife would let you know that once in a while... HA!!!!! Yea, I should have saw that one coming. Yes she lets me know... Thank for breaking me in.
curt raitz Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Welcome...I'm also married, but only two daughters (both in high school) the only room in the house with any sign of testosterone is the garage...my refuge for model building and wood working as well
BigGary Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 I noticed a lot of the modelers who answered here are also woodworkers. I guess I'm not alone buying MCM and "WOOD" every month or so. I can tell you this much, model building tools are cheaper and only take off part of your finger instead of a bunch at a time. And I never got a plastic splinter in my finger. Gary
Raul_Perez Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Welcome, Grumpy!! I have 2 sons in college. It's a good thing that I bought all of my models BEFORE we agreed to pay for their advanced schooling. And, at the rate that I build, they should graduate long before I run out of kits to build!! What part of Tennessee are you from? When I worked with Coors Technical Ceramics in Oak Ridge, I traveled throughout several parts of the state auditing their multiple manufacturing facilities. Later,

Later I know some of the young bloods have no idea who Doc Holliday was, and I'm sorry to hear that. He was is a great >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>uncle of mine some year back. So My granny tells me.
