ditto. since Revell's parts pack came out in 1845, or thereabouts it seems, i have wanted to build a street version.  a while back i attempted to justify S&H on a small order of paints (let those among us who have never, cast the first sprue!)

so i grabbed  a Tamiya 1935 Toyoda (sic). it really is a beautiful kit with expected quality and more than a nod to the Chrysler Airflow of the era. but going back & forth on what to do i decided

to try the fenders of the Toyoda on the Fiat body in the Yellow Fever kit.

we'll see how it goes.

if you have an amt 36 theres another option hiding in the toyoda body but its a lot more bodywork. Its on my to do list but i dont mind sharing it cos its a long list, lol

that's pretty sleek. all shwoopy 'n' chit.

i certainly want to use the body for something. i'd like the grille (and fenders) for the Fiat, but have no idea if it will work.

i could use the remainder of the body (meaning roof, trunk, & greenhouse) for any number of concoctions. i have 2 or 3 AMT '29 Ford body & fenders which come to mind, but it's not

even simmering at this point. winter project perhaps.

if i can locale a NIB Monogram or Revell '36 Ford (AHEM!!!) i would build the first one really close to factory stock. the tail lights are so much a favorite i would even consider lighting them w/ LEDs & a coin cell battery.

btw: anyone remember the AMT '64 Ford Galaxy with the light bar for the headlights and battery box?

I haven't found them yet, but for stock appearing fenders for the Fiat body I'd start looking at 1/32 scale kits.  The Fiat is small compared to virtually every other car out there.  I thought the Revell Anglia front fenders would be a good starting point, but even they are too big.

I think that the AMT Fiat Topolino body will fit the fenders from an AMT '32 Ford.

I'd look into the Pyro '36 Ford, perhaps?

The other part bonanza for the Fiat (or any of the other Keeler Kreations) would be the "Miss Deal" / "Skorpion" Stude FC kit. That tool is the final resting place for most of the remaining Revell hot rod parts packs, including the Hemi, one of the best ever rendered in scale. Would love to see if anyone has created a street Topolino from the melange of Revell and AMT hot rod parts packs / gen 1 gasser kits (Anglia, Willys) 

Spent a few nights grokking the Fiat body with the AMT '25T chassis, then put everything back to the shelf... some day.

it came today and lunch time was spent oogling the parts.

youse guys were right; the Toyoda fenders (front) aren't going to make it. the back ones are still a possibility.

alas - the saving grace is all the parts trees. i can't remember too many of the Revell parts packs which weren't chrome, and in 1964ish it was certainly de rigueur,

but my wonderment is how fine & detailed the parts actually are. i built two Triumph 'cycles and switched parts between the $.49 black plastic & the $.69 chrome one,

not realizing how actually cool these kits were.

so i would certainly suggest the kit for the engines & running gear parts alone.

now i'm off on the Fiat street version tire hunt.

At one time, Revell made a seriously understatement 34 Ford Coupe (with a rare roadster variant) based off of the John Buttera T sedan chassis. I seem to recall someone sitting building one with the Fiat body on it. While the fenders aren't prototypically correct, it did fit pretty well. If I had more convenient access to my stash, I'd pull my parts out, and grab a pic of the combination for you.
