Don't remember the issue of National Lampoon, but they lampooned 'Boy's Life' the scouting magazine and in the article, they had a little fun with the old AMT ads. Whoever did the work up on this needs to be recognized.

It was in the October 1974 issue. The article was written by the late, great P.J. O''Rourke and was illustrated and constructed by Alan Rose and Marc Arceneaux. Says so at the bottom of the first image. I have every stinkin' issue.

I wish those images were just a bit larger. I cannot read them. But, It reminds me of that other 'spoof' kit from the Used Cars Movie.
