Looking for this "bullet" caps

Where I can find this "bullet" style cap for my next hot rod project? Thanks

Someone on here should know if they were ever available in a kit? They would be fairly easy to shape from styrene rod or sprue using a drill and a file/sandpaper.?

Revell Ed Roth Outlaw.  The kit only includes two, for the rear wheels.

Ala Kart never had hub caps, kit or 1:1.
