I’m taking this kit and stretched it to a long box, but will be scratchbuilding a stepside style bed with the utility boxes, canopy, and front bumper. I’m going to keep it as a 2wd with a 6” lift on it.

I got more done to my Revell Chevy Silverado. I’m liking how it’s turning out. I decided to put more lift on it and getting the hood squared away just fine. I found a Monogram Ramcharger hood to use, for customizing it.

Got more done on this truck today. The fender flares, running boards, and bed are all scratchbuilt. Might do more work to the flares, but I’m thinking I’m liking them the way they are. Not sure right now. How I did the hood is I glued on some .100” 1/4 round and then glued on a cut up Monogram Ramcharger hood. Then I sanded it to the shape and look I was after.

Got the main part of the bed done today. I also got the service boxes and rear bumper done today. Now all I have to do is scratch build a canopy for the truck.

Here’s a quick mock up of the truck. The service body is about ready for paint along with the canopy and hood. I’m thinking the cab is as well.

Here’s the last photos of this project. Suspension parts weren’t cooperating and then the frame started coming a part, where I glued it together, for the stretch.
