Chris Smith Posted May 20, 2022 Posted May 20, 2022 I guess I have a thing for Italian racing cars ? This will be the 1/12 Model Factory Hiro version A. Raced at Monza 1000km. Driven by Jackie Ickx/ Clay Regazzoni. hope you all follow along and enjoy Chris
Nacho Z Posted May 20, 2022 Posted May 20, 2022 I have been horrible about commenting on your other builds even though I’m blown away by them. I am going to follow along on this one and try to do much better on commenting. I know for me it is nice to see others appreciate my efforts. It gives me a little extra incentive to keep posting my progress. Not that you need it but good luck on this build!

Especially when it’s from your peers ?
Chris Smith Posted May 30, 2022 Author Posted May 30, 2022 So the good part about building the tub is most of its polished metal, the bad part is it’s polished metal ? a lot of big parts needed attention, lots of clean up, polishing ant then masking for the tubular frame that’s molded into the metal. And as usual lots of dry fitting and drilling holes. hope you like Chris 1
Randy D Posted June 5, 2022 Posted June 5, 2022 Outstanding work as always Chris!!! I love to follow your builds. Randy 1
Chris Smith Posted June 5, 2022 Author Posted June 5, 2022 Well, one of the reasons I really enjoy this kits is the little things that come with the kit. But on saying that there is always room for more, if you so desire. So this week’s update is, I worked on the dashboard and wrapping up the tub. I don’t know how many times I cleaned my airbrush. A lot of little parts? Hopefully your liking what I’m doing Chris
