I article clearly says he got the car as a goof. Threw out a cheap bid and it won! He has no plans or delusions of restoring it, he just wanted to prove that something this bad could run again. He also said it's not safe or street legal, but it does run - Fast! In the end, it'll probably be picked over and scrapped. There's just nothing much you can do with it. It'll never make Barrett-Jackson. At least everything but the vin tags won't!?
