Jantrix
Specifically some extended control arms, front and rear, for some IRS and some fat nasty springs. I can't think of a kit that has them so maybe the resin/3d printed aftermarket? Any recommendations?
stitchdup
The rear suspension from some of the tamiya gt race cars might be a decent starting point for the suspension arms, and some springs outta some biros would be about the right size, then a little scratching with tube to make the shocks and you'd be pretty well on the way. Here's some shocks i started a while back for an f350 but the idea would be similar

I think fabrication is your best option for a "modern" style Baja, as I've been planning something similar but had to throttle it back because I didn't want to do that much fab work, but the way he lays it out makes it look more doable than my plan. Fat Brian
The AMT Bigfoot kit that's out now in Hotwheels livery has a cantilever 4 link suspension and nitrogen shocks. The axles are a bit beefy but there are a lot of donor parts that could be used. 1
