Therapist results are entirely dependent on the patient admitting and accepting they have issues they need to address, and no amount of outside influence will have any effect on someone who really believes they're OK when they're not.

Function should.take precedence over form because that is the most important aspect of any product.

Product designs should be tested thoroughly in real-world conditions prior to signing off for production, but the manufacturing industry is moving towards a "zero physical prototype" mindset, which is, frankly, a recipe for disaster down the road.
