johnyrotten Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Restaurants near me have gone down in quality.
A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Quality time with the family was predominantly spent at the kitchen table sharing about your day but, nowadays everyone is attached to their cell phone chatting or gaming at the table making that family time near obsolete.Â

A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Prices old black and white horror movies have always been my favorite, that would be Vincent that I'm mentioning. 1
Thedragsterdude Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 The cheesy horror movies from the 30’s Â
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Mentioning the cheesy horror movies of the '30s is fine, but under the rules of the game, the line needs to start with "mentioning". 3
A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Mentioning the rules occasionally helps keep us in step, but how do I address my compulsive behavior of putting my foot in mouth? 🤔 (Not to bite toenails 🤢) 2
slusher Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Mouth can get you in trouble so think befor you speak you can’t take those words back.. 2
A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Back in the my days of high school disco was big and yes I was on the dance floor making moves and sealing the deal for an after dance private party for two. 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 "Two can live as cheaply as one", and if you believe that, I have a nice bridge in NYC you might like to buy. 2 1

Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Old age is rough sometimes, and it takes a lifetime's worth of experience to be able to deal with it.  2
Falcon Ranchero Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 It's the fact that old cars are nice, wish I had one; here's today's muse... 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 (edited) "Muse" isn't the sound kittens make. Edited December 16, 2024 by Ace-Garageguy
1972coronet Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Make a comfortable place for feral cats to keep warm during the cold months, and they'll still sleep in the box the bed was in 1 1
A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 In the winter months our state uses a brine mixture that's applied by sprayed on the roads before a forecasted snow storm, as this is an effective method it does have its cons such as the slush residue will rot out the entire undercarriage. 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Undercarriage bits and the operation thereof are often not fully understood or correctly represented by modelers of all kinds of stuff. 1
LennyB Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Stuff an oversized engine in that model of yours and you won't have enough room for the exhaust. 1
A modeler named mike Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Exhaust permeated from a vehicle running Cam2 is an alluring smell for this Ole boy. 1
Falcon Ranchero Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Boy I think if I pick up a car that's in good running condition but cosmetically challenged i'd drive it around because you don't have to worry about chips'n'dents 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Dents won't be of much concern when the body mounts rust off (like the bumper supports) and you're dragging the rockers on the road. 3
LennyB Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Road rage is when Route 66 gets pissed off at you because your dragging your bumper on the pavement so it throws a pothole in your face when you least expect it, there goes another body mount. 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 (edited) Mount (of the engine kind) failures were getting to be fairly common on one particular model of US car quite some time back, and the shadetree "fix" was to bolt a piece of chain between the head and the frame, so that in the event of mount separation, the engine wouldn't torque over and jam the throttle wide open. thatz4u Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Open is what more Hobby Shops need to be... 2
LennyB Posted December 16, 2024 Posted December 16, 2024 Be a good little boy now and don't go pulling hole shots in the parking lot any more, that's what broke the last set of motor mounts. 1
