bluestringer Posted July 18, 2022 Author Posted July 18, 2022 I think I have the front down a little from stock. Not sure if I want to rake it from front to back or put it level, depends on what I can do with the rear section. 1

bluestringer Posted July 21, 2022 Author Posted July 21, 2022 The humidity is so bad here I can't get much done. Parts I painted 3 days ago are still sticky when I pick them up. 1
bluestringer Posted July 23, 2022 Author Posted July 23, 2022 Mock up to see how it sits. I think it's ok, slight rake from back to front. The paint did not come out very smooth, not sure what I'm doing wrong. May be the primer I'm using, think I will try a different one next time. 1

TNT Posted July 24, 2022 Posted July 24, 2022 Cool truck. Love the blue. Did you use like a krylon plastic bonding primer? I think any of them plastic bonding primers or paints cause the plastic to act like that.

I use the scrstch filler with no issues.

bluestringer Posted July 28, 2022 Author Posted July 28, 2022 A few details left before calling it done. I did not have enough BMF to do the bottom and top trim, and I didn't want to try to do the bottom with a sharpie or something. So only the top got trimmed.
Zippi Posted July 28, 2022 Posted July 28, 2022 Good looking Chevy pickkup. It's coming along nicely James. 1
