More tips in the picture captions. The second build always goes quicker and better. Go for it. Hey Rich, I was not aware this kit is available in a Martini livery… I’ll bet those two ? look great sitting beside each other on your shelf. I really like your use (and great job ) of carbon fibre. Oh yeah, and those giant decals running full length down the sides scare the poop outta me. ? Thanks for sharing!
Rattlecan Dan Posted April 18, 2023 Posted April 18, 2023 Very Nice! That paint just freaks me out! The purplish glow on the blue is outstanding! Extremely fine detail inside and out. Thanks for posting.

Looking back on this build, I kinda wish I’d done something different with the wheels.
ve safari Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Great work, the colour really compliments the lines of the car 1
cifenet Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Superb! Awesome job on finishing this kit! I wonder if Alclad gloss acrylic based, it certainly gave the model a good shine. Did you paint the wheels as well? They look great as well. 1

Bottle instructions say to rinse immediately after use with warm water. The product is designed to coat/protect/enhance their lacquer chrome paint - I assume it is water based so it will not react/tarnish their lacquer. It also states that Aqua Gloss can be used to coat airplane canopies - something Pledge/Future is used for. The rims were sprayed with a couple coats of Tamiya Smoke X-19. 1
