I wanted to do something a bit different with the AMT ’39/‘40 Tudor Sedan. I filled the side windows using card stock and filled the trunk seam below the rear window. I lined up the new seam for the rear hatch even with the ends of the side drip rails. I then cut the hatch open following the original trunk separation lines and added a homemade hinge. Krylon and Testors paints with decals left over from the Coca-Cola Willy’s gasser pickup finish  it off.

Man what a good looking 40 Ford Tudor Delivery.  Nicely done.

Great idea making it into a sedan delivery. Almost wonder why Ford didn't do something like this at the time. The paint job looks great, and the engine is nicrly detailed.
