Great article on the Hoonigan Mustang. I have seen this car in person, and it is LOUD! And just standing still, it looks like it could cut you from 5 feet away :)

If you would like to see this car in action with Ken Block at the wheel, check out the video below. R.I.P. Ken.

An article on photographing cars had the following itty bitty pic:

A bit of googling later, it turned out to be a '67 Fiat 850 powered by a turbocharged VW Type 1 motor at the rear.

This thing runs 9 second quarters! I love it!!!

I saw one of these Kellison J-6 cars at SEMA 2021. It was quite stylish, in an in-your-face aggressive sort of way. HRM November 1959

I found no scale models of the Kellison, but did find someone on ebay selling clear PETG bodies, so I picked up a couple.

Ooh, HRM September 2015 had an article on a lost-and-found Kellison funny car. Now I know what to do with my second PETG Kellison body!

Motor Trend online had a lot more background and photos on this car which will come in handy for a build.

Going off in a different direction, HRM December 2015 had an ad containing the Italdesign Brivido.

I liked its good looks, and could see the sidelight treatment applied to many other cars.

I saw this and immediately thought of our friend @AmericanMuscleFan on this forum! His last '62 Ford pickup build was stunning! How about another '62 build Francis? :)

I saw this and thought how hilarious it was!

Then I wondered to myself whether anyone makes a scale model of the Smart Car so I can give it the same hot rodding treatment :)

IMHO, this is one of the most beautiful cars ever (although I am sure it is partially due to my attachment to the Impalas of that generation). As soon as I'm done with the posts for this topic, I shall be returning to my WIP of this stunning vehicle.

'39 Plymouth truck with airplane radial engine built by the Corns family. What a great throwback to the earlier days of hot rodding, and such a fine idea for a scale model!

A little bit more down-to-earth, but equally beautiful was Rick Dobbertin's Pro Street Pontiac J2000 engine.

Yup,IMO,Rick Dobbertin is the father of Pro street. He built a very nice 65 Nova along with others. But I believe it was Scott Sullivan that built what many considered the first “pro street” car,a 66,or 67 Nova, can’t recall, way back all the way in 1979,where it is was featured in Hot Rod,i believe,& Car Craft.

Thanks for the nice comment EMRE, however I did make a '64 Dodge D100 and unfortunately destroyed an old '62 FORD unibody as a donor for the build.  I'm not saying no to fixing my sacrilege in another project but I've already got my hands full with my current subject!

However this FORD F100 is a pure beauty! ?
