With all the REAL problems in the world today why is it so hard to just help someone answer their question?  Splitting hairs like this is nonsense; if a person doesn't want to help someone else solve a problem then I have to ask why he/she is visiting the thread in the first place. Plenty of threads to choose from that might be a better choice to visit.

Debate or ridicule me all you want but I would never offer advice for fixing his paint job on his 1:1 truck.  Just sayin’...

Not my intention. I wouldn’t advise him either, as I have little experience in the 1:1 paint world. There are a few at least on here who are professionals and are willing to assist the OP. Nothing wrong with that in my mind.

I guess I'm optimistic, I like to think everyone was trying to help. Some offering advice on their knowledge of paint, some telling the first time poster that he may have made a mistake and this isn't a 1:1 exclusive website. If I wanted advice on how to shingle my roof I wouldn't ask on a dollhouse forum even though there might be a couple roofers there.

Don't want to put the curse on you Scott but I had one a few years back, only had 37k on it. Garage kept. Bought it from an old lady. It was medium brown metalic with the beige interior.

Drove it to get McDonald's one night and it wiped the cam... still not sure what happened as it had plenty of oil pressure. very bad memory.

I just sold it as is.

I've owned 7 of these c4s over the years and they have been pretty good cars for me. I sold this one not too long ago.

Awsome. Yea idk what caused what happened to mine... it had sat for several years before I got it. Then about 2 weeks later it started losing power on the way home, then started missing.

2 cam lobes were flat.
