There's Pegasus, Fujimi and Aoshima. Jayswheelsandtires on ebay makes a bunch of nice 3-D printed wheel, tires and disc brakes sets.

I suppose it depends on what kind of wheels/tires you're looking for.

 

There are any number of 1/24th scale kits, (a lot of them Monogram) that have various "after market" wheels and tires to choose from.

If you're looking for stock, the original Monogram 1/24th scale '56 Chevy hub caps paired with a set of the wide whites from the 1/24th scale Monogram '58 Thunderbird will work perfectly.

That's exactly the look I'm going for. As far as the two tone paint goes that will challenge me. But the tires and wheels yes.
