BIGTRUCK Posted January 4, 2023 Posted January 4, 2023 Ive never built a 66 TBird before for lack of interest but a custom one sounded alot better and this early mock-up with parts box wide whites and front and rear custom treatments along with parts box skirts and custom hood will work out nice. Targa bar open top or complete roof or maybe a half roof I have to see which way this is going to go. 1
BIGTRUCK Posted January 25, 2023 Author Posted January 25, 2023 Still doing this 66 TBird, but now will be without the roof. Fur the interior floors in pink and pipe trim the seats in pink, add a chrome Targa bar and a few other goodies such as side pipes spots etc. .
NOBLNG Posted January 26, 2023 Posted January 26, 2023 Nice colour, and the dash looks great!? I’m curious what you’re gonna do with that fur??
TarheelRick Posted January 26, 2023 Posted January 26, 2023 I have this kit and was thinking of doing the same thing or make a NASCAR racer out of it. Looking at how high that front roll pan is I may go more toward NASCAR. 1 hour ago, NOBLNG said: I’m curious what you’re gonna do with that fur?? Customs during that period sometimes used some outrageously long furry material in the interior, more extravagant than the shag carpeting used in '70-80's vans
slusher Posted January 27, 2023 Posted January 27, 2023 Looking good Ken, I agree the dash looks great!
