Nothing can be meaner than selling other's creation offered free of charge. I have very good reasons to suspect that these wheels are mine. Although I explicitly stated they shouldn't be sold, someone from Poland is selling them on eBay without even a permission to do so. Apparently, the only thing I can do is to report the item to eBay hoping it will be removed. Any other suggestions?

FYI........I sold a bunch of decals to a guy in VA. About a mnth later multiple copies show up on ebay by the guy who bought them. He was photo copying my decals and selling them. I reported it to ebay along with proof of what he was doing. They said the guy that stole all my work said it was his work....so nothing they could do. The seller changed his seller name and still sells my stuff today.......almost 7 years now. ebay could care less and does not want to be dragged into anything to do with stealing.

Don't expect much help IF you find someone to listen.

Yes I noticed.

Either he sold it already or he noticed I am bringing the issue to modelling forums. I noticed also the description changed to used.

As an aside, your GT40 wheels are fantastic! I downloaded the file, and printed a set. Beauty.

My first attempt were too small, so I'll need to size them up a little, but they look awesome.

Thanks!

If you haven't done so already, it may be beneficial to formally register your creation for intellectual property protection in your country. This could include obtaining copyright, trademark, or design patents, depending on the nature of your wheels. Registered intellectual property rights can strengthen your legal position and provide additional options for enforcement.
