Asking for feedback on wheel choice for this custom. Got it down to one of the two in the post...

First off what body? To throw a monkey wrench in it, what about the wheels and tires from the Smoothster?

The body is a Replicas and Minatures of Maryland Custom 48 Ford designed by Juha Airo.  Already discarded the Smoothster idea.  There is also chassis clearance for the rear that would require extensive surgery to accommodate.

Wheel sizes are different.  B is larger diameter.

I like B better personally, they're a little less busy and the meatier tire is better.

I say A if you're going with a single color for the body. "Busy" can keep the eye moving.

Any 2 tone on the body, B would be my choice. The paint job would keep the eye moving.

My check for 2¢ is in the mail.

Thanks all for your input. A is definitely off the list. A couple of other options have popped into my mind, but B is a strong contender.
