ModelcarJR Posted February 26, 2023 Posted February 26, 2023 (edited) This 1989 Chevy Beretta GTU grocery getter is done! Paint is Tamiya Italian Red with a non-stock two-tone interior of gray and tan using Tamiya Gunmetal and Krylon Sand. The turbo engine was a nightmare with missing pins, broken pins, and no pins contemplated as all. But its glued together with super glue so its not going to come apart. Built box stock after sitting in the closet for 30 plus years. Thanks for looking! ? Edited February 26, 2023 by ModelcarJR Remove duplicate phots 4

ModelcarJR Posted February 28, 2023 Author Posted February 28, 2023 Thanks, David, Curtis, and Eric! I appreciate your comments!
Mattilacken Posted February 28, 2023 Posted February 28, 2023 Cool build. A friend of mine had one when she took her license. I remember them as unusual here in Sweden even in the early 2000’s, imagine today.
