64SS350
Can anyone shed some light on the quality difference of these two kits? Can I assume Revell used the same mold since it was released after the Hasagawa? Thanks
Don Sikora II
The Revell Sauber C9 is a reboxed version of the Hasegawa kit.
Ben Brown
I’ve built the Hasegawa kit. Unless you want a C9 with the high downforce wing, get the Tamiya one. I had fit issues with the clear parts and the body panel that makes up the radiator outlet duct. I felt like building it was more of a chore than Hasegawa’s Porsche 962 or Mazda 767. 64SS350
Thanks for the confirmation, I have the Tamiya issue, just like the styling of this one also.
Gramps46
This is a build of the Hasegawa kit but at the time I did know of the Tamiya kit. I had to make the changes to the Hasegawa to the LeMans configuration.
