Was there ever a 1957 Bel Air continental kit offered in 1/25 scale? Working on prepping an AMT 1957 Bel Air and want to try and build it stock and would love to have a continental kit for it.

Not positive about this, but the Revell '57 convertible kit might have one.  If it does, it would be the style that attaches to the rear bumper and not the type that moves the stock bumper further away from the body.

Yes it does, as you stated

Thanks for that. I just looked for Revell 1957 Bel Air not for Revell 1957 Chevy. That's a bit much just for a kit just for a few parts for the continental kit. If that kit an up top with I might jump on it. Not a big fan of convertible kits.

$79.99 is pretty rich for my blood. IIRC, that Revell '57 convertible kit was a pretty short production run. I was waiting for it to come back, but it never has (yet).

Was lucky enough to find one of the Revell 1957 Bel Air Convertible kits today at the GM Carlisle Nationals for $20. Had to snag it at that price. Still factory sealed! Now to see ow the continental kit fits to the AMT kit.

Assuming the kit designers were as good at arithmetic as a reasonably bright sixth-grader, it should pretty much "bolt on".
