I was noticing some 3 D Resin engines did not have belts and a bunch of pullies and  tensioners , how would you take of that?

I'd much prefer these being separate. Most belts are two or three times thicker than they would be in scale. Having the pulleys saparate gives you a much better chance at scale realism.

Built one of Texas3D customs printed LS engines. It comes with pulleys but no belt. Used masking tape to create what almost passes for a serpentine belt.

I cut a thin strip of regular masking tape and painted it flat black. Tack one end on bottom pulley(I used super glue), weave belt around pulleys and tensioners, tack where necessary, tack and cut again on bottom pulley.
