Harry P. Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Let's try this one. Real or model? The answer: MODEL!
Guest promodmerc Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Did you feel sorry for us Harry and give us a no brainer
george 53 Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 WoW Harry, RoM 80 already? Geeze, time sure flies, don't it/ Welp, I'm goin with REAL again with this one! Good pic of a really rare car! My buddy, Trygve Hanson's, Dad had one of those, and we painted Royal Blue with a paintbrush!!! It was a great 100 footer!
chris coller Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Gonna go with model on this one. Something with the chrome on this that lends me to say model.
Scott H. Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 I'm going to have to go with model. Unless the car is supported on jack stands or the tires are filled with about 200 psi of air, that 2 ton honey should be making the tires sag a little on the sidewalls. Just my observations and has a 99.9% chance of being wrong... (I know my luck) -Scott H.
Clay Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Sorry Georgey I got to go against ya again. I think its a model, the rear white wall doesnt look right.
george 53 Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 That's ok Clay, ya gotta do what's right for you. But, what happened to Jeff? Haven't seen him inna week or two. Hope he wasn't a casualty! MEDIC!!!!!!
moparmagiclives Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I say model, if not then this guy should get some money back from the restore. I think they lost some of the window trim.
ricky12 Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 i think i have to go with the group on this one MODEL ALL THE WAY .
Joe Handley Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Gotta go with Model on this one too, the lettering on the chrome and plate doesn't look right to me.
Custom Hearse Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I'll have to say model. Either that, or you have really gotten us with this one....
Guest promodmerc Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 I say model. The hub caps are too chrome & plain looking and the letters on the license plate are flat instead of stamped.
FujimiLover Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 Everyone sais model? I maybe a newbie here in the forum, but I say real just because everyone else think's model!
henry57 Posted March 11, 2009 Posted March 11, 2009 License plate looks like a decal, and no trim around the windows. Definitely model.
FujimiLover Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 tsk tsk tsk Rookie mistake Bro BTW Welcome aboard Don't be so sure!
FujimiLover Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Not confident really, just too many people seem to think it's a model. It may very well be a model. I just think it COULD be real just as easily as a model.
george 53 Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Good Moanin Harry, I trust you slept well. Well, it's that time again Harry, Am I gonna crash 'n burn again this week too? I don't know whats happened to my sense of perception, probly DO need new glasses, these are about 2 years old now,so that's probly it(yeah, right!) Well Harry, Inquiring minds wanna know, and some not so bright ones too.Is it, REAL or MODEL????? HIT ME DADDY-O,HIT ME!!!!!!!
Harry P. Posted March 13, 2009 Author Posted March 13, 2009 I wonder if Juha reads this? If he does, he'd know the answer! It's a MODEL! Well, at least I fooled 20% of you!
