I just saw one of those errors.  I waited about 10  seconds, clicked "Try again" - same error. Another 10 seconds or so, clicked 'Try again" and the forum came up.  That does not look to be browser related - more host related.

EDIT: same error showed up again just as I hit the "Submit reply" button to post this message. But the message went through.

I've been getting that "An error occurred" message as well.
