Identify these wheels and tires

Can anyone identify these wheels and tires and what kit they came from?  I picked up a bag of tires and wheels at a swap meet and these were mixed in with the others and I have never seen them before.  Any help will be appreciated,  Thanks.

They were in a few Monogram drag cars back in the '80s and '90s.

Yes.....Monogram used these and a couple of other front wheels in various funny cars and pro stocks. The tires are fairly universal to both series.

Thank you guys for the information on the tires and wheels.  I haven't built a lot of race vehicles and these were new to me.  Now I need to find something to put them on. ?  Thanks again for the help.

Cragar did a similar wheel named Superlite II
