ReduitRetro Posted March 13, 2024 Posted March 13, 2024 This kit is another long time survivor in my collection that was also built in the late 90's. Pretty much a straight out of the box build, with the exception of some custom wheels, chrome exhaust tips, and a scratch built tool box. Two tone blue and white exterior paint, with white factory bucket seat interior, 350 V-8 and automatic transmission. I neglected to plumb and wire the engine when I originally built it, something I regret today as I feel the truck deserves it. Anyway, I thought I'd include this old girl among all the absolute fabulous builds I'm seeing on the site lately. Hope you enjoy, and thanks for looking. 8
allis200 Posted March 13, 2024 Posted March 13, 2024 Very nice truck. My first real truck was a blue/white 71 like your model except the cab corners were rusted out and used more oil than gas. Still that 350 with 4 barrel started even when -25. Just an excellent job. Thanks for posting. 1
Noah H. Posted March 19, 2024 Posted March 19, 2024 That's a beautiful truck, and even without the wiring the engine looks great. Nice work. 1
