If my son hadn't given this to me as a gift, it never would have been assembled. This has to be the most misshapen model I have ever built. Everything was distorted. If you look at the last photo, you can see how twisted the sprues are. I think they were pulled before the mold was cool. There's a feed tag on one that's stretched and leaning over it. I spent hours at the sink and with a hairdryer trying to get it where it is. The chassis is even too long! It would have been an easy build kit otherwise. Has the Japanese motorized gimmick that was poorly deleted, so many details are missing or half there. Tamiya paint on this one too. Thanks for looking!

The paint looks so nice that you don't notice the warping you mentioned at first. Very cleanly built and looks great if you don't mention the issue.

Nice job considering what you started with. I have the big 1/16 version of this kit. (monogram I think) It is pretty rough too panel wise. Been an ongoing project for a couple years. Almost done

I've had a couple of kits misshapen.  Still, this came out looking great.

Thanks! I've had some warped bodies and chassis, but so many parts on this were out of shape.
