Falcon Ranchero Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 This is an original MPC 1970 Bonneville kit, made into the custom sports hauler as advertised on the box. Picked this up at our local vintage junk shop for $40 bucks. Really liked this kit. Completed March 26th, 2024. 4
MeatMan Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 Cool! I must say I've never seen that kit before. Well done.

Tim W. SoCal Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 Another bitchen build, Nathan!... That Lime Green on this car looks REALLY cool!
Bucky Posted July 4, 2024 Posted July 4, 2024 Very nice car...uh, truck!! The color really helps this stand out! I remember building the '70 Bonneville in this fashion, as well as the '69 Bonneville. Cool kits!
Musclecarbuilder Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 Love the paint, that grill looks real! Did you black wash it? Or is it Photo etch? I can't tell it looks so good. 1
XYHARRY Posted July 7, 2024 Posted July 7, 2024 We don't often see this kit built this way and I must say it looks fantastic, really well done Nathan. Cheers, David. ??

ncbuckeye67 Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 Very nice. Great color choice too! I regret not getting one of these when H.L. still had them.
Ragtop Man Posted July 10, 2024 Posted July 10, 2024 Nicely done. FWIW, if anyone trips over one of these at a show or flea market, they will supply all the chassis and engine bits to restore your '66-69 MPC Bonnevilles, update your AMT '65 Bonne/GP/2+2 (with minor mods for last two) or get you much farther ahead with a Hasegawa '66.
