I've got a soft spot for early prostock cars,  especially mopars. I've always wanted to build the 1971 motown missle car but just put it off. Finally a buddy sold me a rebuilder one for just the right price  and I knew I had my candidate.  It's an MPC 1971 annual body, I used a dick landy challenger stripped down interior and the hood. The engine bay/ chassis  is from the amt 1970 challenger kit amd the engine is a texas 3D print. Wheels and tires are parts box pieces, wheelie bars and scratch made. The paint is a tamiya yellow and black with slixx decals. Overall very happy with the car and it's turned into one of my favorite builds I've done.

Well done, my favorite part is the 16 plug heads.  The Landy scoop works well as Ted Spehar's cars often ran Chrysler development scoops.  I am putting the finishing touches on a build I think you and Scott Erickson will enjoy.  Keep up the good work!

I can understand why this is one of your favorite builds. It is very well done and looks exceptionally realistic. That first photo could easily be a promo shot for an upcoming drag race.  Really like that aluminum look on the wheels and your paint is right on. Nice job.
