Taking a forced time out

Hello guys,

back at home, surgery went well, as far as a 5 bypass goes.Got back Thursday. not too strong, my blood pressure is low so I don't have a lot of energy but I am on the right track.Bering at home makes the recovery easier. Expect to see new posts but not right away but I'm looking forward to post again and comment. Thank you all for your words of encouragement. It certainly helped me out. I will take care of myself to be back as soon as possible.

GREAT to hear that all is going well Mario,  went thru a 4-bypass myself back in March of this year, also the LOW blood pressure stuff (and all the weird side effects of that), keep after the recommended exercises and walking, and things get BETTER in less time than you'd think.....   Will keep ya in our thoughts and prayers.

My 1st few weeks home we're tough, by week 2, I cracked open a beer. That is when I knew I would survive. My kids did some shopping and cooking and my wash.

I had home PT, about 12 sessions which was good. Some exercises inside, then walks outside. If you have this offered, take it.
