bh1701 Posted November 1, 2024 Posted November 1, 2024 Looking for a 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty - could be plastic model or diecast. Prefer plastic kit. 1/25th scale or larger? Does anyone know where I might find one. FYI: I have located a number of Matchbox 1/18 scale diecast cars on the Internet, but wondering if there is anything else out there? Thanks, Bart
espo Posted November 1, 2024 Posted November 1, 2024 Check the toy dept. at any local Wal Mart stores in your area. I picked up a 1/25th diecast Jeep Rubicon Unlimited last month for about $10. Haven't been able to find one in plastic so I thought why not. Torn it down and repainted it as sort of a Camo-Hunting type livery. They often have similar subjects that aren't issued in kit form.
DJMar Posted November 1, 2024 Posted November 1, 2024 Matchbox Collectibles had a 1:18 scale 2002 Liberty out years ago. You might be able to find one secondhand. There were a few 1:64 replicas too, but nothing to my knowledge in 1:24-25.
Rob Hall Posted November 1, 2024 Posted November 1, 2024 Maisto made them in 1/64 and 1/43, not sure if they did 1/24th or not.. 1

bh1701 Posted November 1, 2024 Author Posted November 1, 2024 (edited) Greg, Thanks for finding the Coca Cola version of the Jeep Liberty. That's the first 1/24th scale one I have seen. The price might be a little high for me. The 1/18 scale ones I have seen run from $50 to $80. Also, I need to repaint and decal whatever one I get to replicate a friend's business vehicle. I am worried that it might be hard to remove the Coca-Cola decals that are on the side rear windows. I appreciate you searching for this. I will continue to search for 1/24 scale versions since we now know that someone was making them. Maybe I will be able to find a stock version. Bart Edited November 1, 2024 by bh1701

All I did was type 1/24 scale Jeep Liberty into Google. I have no knowledge about the seller.
Brizio Posted November 4, 2024 Posted November 4, 2024 The Coca Cola Jeep Liberty is in 1/18 scale not 1/24. Matchbox made it in 1/18 scale (different colors) and 1:62 scale. In 1/38 and below also you can find some version made by Maisto, Tonka, Micro Machines, Master Toys, Suntory in 1/144. There are some RC (Remote Control) that could works, if youy replace the chassis part, Tyco, Taiyo, New Bright, Eztec. Good luck on your project. 1

Bart Sorry….It appears the seller doesn’t know what scale it is. On 11/4/2024 at 6:17 AM, Brizio said: The Coca Cola Jeep Liberty is in 1/18 scale not 1/24.
