Back from my first semester at college and decided to relieve stress from final exams and celebrate my birthday by building another car. Still have yet to get an airbrush kit but I've started to use spray cans for pieces I know require the same colors. This kit was fun to build and I want to buy it again and build it in the race version. Also, I'm trying to experiment with stripping the kit chrome and painting the "metal" pieces with my own so if any people have any pant suggestions for that, please let me know :)

Great looking paint work and tail stripes. The picture of the engine looks like you have that detailing pretty well figured out. The chrome body trim is an area that there are many ways to do. While I'm sort of a chrome foil type, I have seen many builders here that use different type of spray paint with amazing looking finishes. Maybe try a couple of different styles of detailing the chrome trim and see what works best for you.

Nice car! '68 is my favorite year, I think the round tailights (and side marker lights), the stripes, and the grille all look better than the '69 (which  for some reason seem to be more popular)
