DON2000 Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Good afternoon friends! Finished the Chevrolet corvette convertible '92 model from Micro Ace. The model is assembled out of the box. During construction, chemicals from Mr.Color were used. The body is painted with paint from Gravity-colors. The model is coated with 2k varnish. Gravity-colors pastes were used for polishing. Enjoy watching. 8
Greasefinger Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Well done! The colour looks like Gravity’s Chevrolet Black Rose which painted my C7. The bright lighting shows the metal flakes nicely. 1

espo Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Beautiful paint color and finish. Like the way you toned down the wheel shine. 1
Tommy124 Posted February 15 Posted February 15 Well done. Nice to see that this kind of quality model is possible from this kit. I have the hardtop version of the same 92 kit in my stash. I do believe that it’s actually the same kit, as you can build both options. I planned on going for the open car version anyway, but certainly after seeing your great result. 1

I only had an open version on hand.
